Store Policy

If the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping. 

Jewelry Repairs

The customer is responsible for keeping their jewelry safe and in good condition.

All repairs will incur a fee of min 5 €. For all other jewelry repairs and or lost pieces please contact us and we will do our best to help fix or replace the item. 

 

Shipping

Once an order leaves my studio it is in the hands of the Postal Service. I am not responsible for packages that get lost or stolen. Please contact De Post directly if you believe that your package is lost or has been stolen. 

Orders will be shipped on Wednesday.
